The majority of products sold here at The Shoppe are Digital Downloads and as such do not have any type of added shipping fees. Once your order is completed and the status of your order changes from pending to paid with PayPal, you will be able to download your purchase(s). In the very near future, we will be offering products on CD's as well as select art prints & notecards, etc. Please check back at a later time when these type of products become available for shipping policies and procedure information regarding these specific type of products.
In the event that a customer is not happy with their purchase, a refund may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Due to the nature of the products sold here at The Shoppe, a Gift Certificate of equal value will be given to the purchaser to be spent here at The Shoppe. Once the return transaction is complete and the Gift Certificate has been issued, the purchaser is responsible for deleting all files from the refunded product off of their computer and any back-ups they have made permanently.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please go by the guidelines above and contact The Shoppe. DO NOT make a chargeback to your Credit Card, PayPal or Banking Institution. To do so will cause your account to be deleted and all future transactions to be denied.
