Conditions of Use

   This License applies specifically to those purchases made directly from this storefront, The Shoppe, and does not reflect any License information from other storefronts that FaeDesigns by Spiritfoxy is brokered at. Any products not bought directly from this storefront and bought at other brokerage houses fall under the License of said individual brokerage storefronts and this License does not apply. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to read and understand the following license information for this storefront. If you are unsure about any of the contents of this License, please ask before purchasing.

   As the Author/Creator of the contents of the products offered at this storefront, Spiritfoxy aka SusanAnn Avery, retains all rights to the materials supplied in this product. This also applies to each individual merchant's products that are sold at this storefront, each individual merchant retains all rights to the materials supplied in said product. You, as the Buyer, are purchasing the rights to use the product and not the actual copyright on the product itself. The Buyer may not redistribute this product in any way shape or form, or place it anywhere where a third party may have access to the product without purchasing said product.

   The Buyer retains the copyright on all derivative works made with said product, as long as the original product cannot be extracted from said derivative works. Some examples of derivative works are rendered images, stationery, and tubes. You may not extract any of the textures off of the actual texture maps of said product for yours or anyone else's use, or use any mesh included in said product to make a new mesh as well as the textures from said mesh and sell them as your own.

   In the event that a customer is not happy with their purchase, a refund may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Due to the nature of the products sold here at The Shoppe, a Gift Certificate of equal value will be given to the purchaser to be spent here at The Shoppe. Once the return transaction is complete and the Gift Certificate has been issued, the purchaser is responsible for deleting all files from the refunded product off of their computer and any back-ups they have made permanently.

   If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, please go by the guidelines above and contact The Shoppe. DO NOT make a chargeback to your Credit Card, PayPal or Banking Institution. To do so will cause your account to be deleted and all future transactions to be denied.

   This License is non-transferable and cannot be transferred/sold to another party. Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to use all of the contents of said product. Author maintains that all items in the archive were either created by themselves, or are derivative works from something found, and verified, to be in the public domain. Author maintains they legally possess the power to grant Buyer this License for all enclosed materials of said product. Buyer may use the materials in any personal or commercial projects, as long as the Author's work is protected from extraction and none of the items above have been violated. Buyer may make a single backup copy of this archive file, for personal archival purposes only. Buyer retains this License, even if the Author stops selling this work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price. The only way an Author can revoke this License, is if it is shown that a Buyer has previously violated it.
